A couple more days ...

I am starting to see a noticeable difference now .....

Most of the lower back in this picture had only been striped with paint remover.

After using fine grit sand paper

Notice the area in front of the gas tank ..this is just where I could not get to it .. it is paint and primer and should come right off once the tank is removed.

Still some rust where the bed panels sat against the cab that was covered by what I think was POR 15 and that stuff was tough to get off ....

The cab corner looks to be original ..not rust!

There were some old patches done in the past ....

All of these marks where  here already but you can see the trace of the patch that was done.

Another patch ... 3 so far.
