The Joys of Christmas

Sanded down the skim coat on the door, first with a 60 grit then a 80 then 220.

Welded a small rust area on the inside corner of the door and laid a coat of filler over it.

Had to add one more skim on two small areas to finish up the door body work.

I also cleaned up an area I missed on the side of the door where the dovetail goes.

After washing the door with soap and water, I dried it, and shot the top side of the door with reformer ... I will get the other side again tomorrow.

In the picture above you can see on the truck where I laid some filler over the holes I welded up yesterday as well as some low areas just in front of that.
