I broke down and ordered the hinge pin remover tool from Mac's. I think it should be here by Monday ... maybe Tuesday. Then I will be able to take the doors off and get the rust under repaired. I also ordered the new pins as well as an over sized pin just in case!
You did not say if the gas hose helped or not.

I did not try it yet LOL ... It was cold here when I did it and I didn't feel like messing with it LOL I will test it out soon ... I figure the hose or it could be some dust in the carb ... easy fix as well. All of this sanding creates a lot of dust! I try to keep plastic over the carb as well as a towel.
