Leveling the Grand Canyon!

    I started out sanding on the roof. Once I got it down pretty good I decided I wanted to tackle the large dent in the cab near the door opening. This damage is related to the door damage I just repaired.

    I was originally going to just cut the dent out and replace the area with a patch. Instead I decided to just make one relief cut and work it out with various tools.

    Once I got it out good I used the torch to shrink the stretched areas.

Then I used the hammer to flatten it back out. Heat then cool then hammer .... repeat!

Welded it all up ....

    Once I got it the best I could manage I put a skim of filler on and sanded it down. It is now ready for another coat.
