Have a seat!
Cleaned up the frame for the seat bottom and painted it. Put the padding and cover back on. Then I finished the supports for the seat and installed the back of the seat. The driver's side is still a little mushy, but I should be able to tweek the springs a bit to get a firmer ride. The back feels much better.
