September 6 The bed day 11

     Today I finished up the rear cross member on the bed sub frame. I used the heavy steel from the truck part my sister gave me. It already had a bent lip so it worked out good and should be plenty strong.

   

    Tomorrow I will probably add a strip on the bottom of the brace for more support since I will be tying the tailgate hinges into this somehow.
